Born and raised in Argasi, from a family of fishermen, being the fifth generation, he fell in love with the flavors of Greek cuisine as a child. 30 years ago he decided to share this passion. From a small cafeteria on the seashore, Dimitrios swimming pool restaurant bar came into being, where chef Fotis shows his mastery and talent, cooking with pleasure the freshest dishes, with flavors that delight the taste buds.
